Tomorrow will mark two rather amazing transitions or milestones; my DS is turning 9 and my DD is having her readiness evaluation for kindergarten. I can't believe how quickly time passes. It seems like the past 9yrs of motherhood have been a blur and I can't even remember life before kids.
What have I learned in the last 9yrs?
-I am far from perfect & I am totally ok with that.
-We all fall down an awful lot as we learn to walk, make friends, learn to read, learn to write, and learn to parent.
-Taking time for myself actually makes me a better mom.
-Marriage takes work and is well worth the effort! (Especially, if you have an amazing wonderful husband like mine!)
-I am sure I could come up with more but for now I am going to say goodnight.
In honor of my big guys birthday I am putting the computer away for the next two days and spending time enjoying my family, making lasting memories and will be back on Monday. (ok, I might sneak on and check e-mail or post a picture, but that's it!)
