Living in the
Bay Area a snow day is rather unlikely, but gosh darn it – I really need one. A
day that you are pretty much stuck inside and life slows down just for a little
while. Where the air is brisk and clean and all you see out the window is white
fluffy snowflakes fluttering to the ground. No cars are on the road and it’s
quiet. No school, no work, no rushing.
I want to sit on
the couch sipping coffee (or hot cocoa) and read a book next to a roaring fire.
Snuggled up under a blanket with my kiddos and husband just enjoying each
other’s company.
